Lab Pack Exemption Shipping Systems

DOT UN rated Lab Pack Exemption (DOT-SP-14234) shipping systems for storage and disposal of waste hazardous materials classed as class or division 3, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 5.1, 6.1, 8 or 9 which are authorized to be shipped in lab packs in accordance with 49-CFR 173.12 (b). Inner packagings of glass, not to exceed 4L (1 gallon). Metal or plastic packagings not to exceed 20 L (5.3 gallons). Transportation to be motor freight only.

Our sizes of 10, 30 and 55 Gallon Lab Packs are constructed of 500 lb burst strength double-wall corrugated fiberboard and are economical to transport and easily incinerated. They fit neatly on one pallet, reducing floor space in your warehouse.

Each Lab Pack consists of: 500 lb Double Wall corrugated box, 3 mil poly bag, bag tie and poly tape.

Has all required marking including UN-3373 and placement for the required labels.
