Follow these steps to make an ice pack:

• Fill approximately one half of the bag with crushed or cubed ice.
• Add enough water to barely cover the ice.
• Squeeze the air out of the bag.
• Close the bag by sliding your thumb and forefinger across the zippers from one edge to the other.
• Repeat to assure the bag is sealed.
• Wrap the bag in a damp towel, and apply

bags are constructed of FDA approved 4 mil embossed
material.

• Complete system with zipper closure for easy access
• One 2 inch slit in bag for feeding through

• One half inch slit in 8 mil extension from zipper
  closure to secure gator clip and two quarter inch
  hang holes for securing bag to patient.
