CERTIFIED 4GV-X FOR HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

For the transport of materials in a refrigerated or frozen state.  This is a certified 4GV/X rating permitting you use your inner container of glass, plastic or metal not over 1 liter with a maximum specific gravity of 1.8 in Groups I, II, or III via all modes of transportation.  Pax are shipped assembled, and are available in 1-can, 2-can, and 4-can in an expanded polystyrene container with 2" thick walls.  Cans are 6 9/16" diameter x 10 3/4 tall.  Cans come complete with armlock cover, retaining rings and are certified to 95kPa.

Complete certified Can-Pax consist of

1) Corrugated outer shipping container; 2) 2" thick-walled expanded polystyrene cooler; 3) Can positioning pads; 4) 1 to 4 cans with friction lid and armlock rings; 5) Polypropylene absorbent pads; 6) Inner container (Federal Industries or customers) of glass, plastic or metal not over 1 Liter; 7) Inner container closure tape and outer box sealing tape.

Refrigerant blocks are sold separately.
